We have one vacancy within our Inclusion Team, to lead on behaviour, attendance and welfare for a specific year groups. We have a further vacancy for Inclusion Lead (Sixth Form), to address the needs of Sixth Form students who need particular help to overcome barriers to learning, focusing specifically on student attendance and behaviour.
The requirements of both roles are of such that you need to be extremely well organised, reliable, efficient in dealing with situations as they arise, and have the ability to prioritise workload.
You will be expected to lead by example and use initiative.
NJC Grade D8-12 (£24,702-£26,421 - full time equivalent).
Pro rata: £21,343 - £22,829 approximate salary.
