·          Full-time

 

·          Salary  £15,600 p.a 

 

·          3-month probationary period

 

·          Previous experience of butchery and/or sausage-making preferred

 

·          Work in a small family business making high-end charcuterie.

 

·          Learn specialist skills in sausage and salami making, curing and smoking meat, and fermented air-dried products.

 

·          Packing finishing and checking finished products

 

·          Salary will increase alongside level of skill and responsibility as business expands.

 

·          We want an ‘intelligent grafter’ – someone who will be thoughtful and quick to apply what they learn, and who can meet the physical demands of the job. Commitment to growth of the business is also key.

 

·          The job is physically demanding

 

·          Interested in Artisanal meat processing
