About the role… You’ll have the opportunity to drive improvements using your reporting and analytical capabilities as part of the phs Finance Team. The role will support internal benchmarking and act as a technical partner for your stakeholders and wider finance team. You will be responsible for assisting in the development of the Group’s processes and policies to ensure it is compliant for the period and annual reports. What you’ll be doing… § Preparation and distribution of existing internal KPI reports § Maintenance and improvement of existing KPI reports § Preparation of various financial presentations to shareholders, the Board, banks and other financial institutions § Analysing accidents to identify ways in which we can reduce § Analysis cancellations so that we can identify route causes and resolve issues before they arise § Assistance in the preparation of the group budget and forecasts § Pricing analysis to identify customer behaviour § Reviewing customer profitability, maintaining the model and advising on loss making customers § Maintenance of the suite of Board reports § Assisting with implementation of new systems About you… Business Focus · Has the ability to report key performance indicators and ratios in graphical and innovative ways, to enable trends to be identified · Has experience of working closely with senior financial and non-financial colleagues · Understands the key business drivers · Continually seeks opportunities to improve · Delivers insight into benchmarking and/or competitor analysis. COMMUNICATIONS · Provides incisive and user-friendly management information, meaningful financial analysis, input and advice to divisional colleagues and senior management to assist with understanding KPI reporting · Communicates positively · Provides accurate and timely reporting, establishing effective communications with other senior financial colleagues within the Group · Displays well developed presentation and communication skills, verbally as well as numerically, with good report writing skills · Is open and honest.
