Sales Administrator Vacancy

 

Newman Labelling Systems is a leading supplier of specialist pharmaceutical labelling equipment. We are looking for a candidate to help support and develop sales growth across the business. The role is based at Newman’s offices in Barnet, Hertfordshire.  Occasional international travel may be required.

Key aspects of the role will involve general sales support, telephone and email contact with customers and agents, preparation of quotes against customer user requirements, co-ordinating customer acceptance tests and helping to develop new sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will:-

  • have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • be computer literate
  • be organised, efficient & confident dealing with clients and agents
  • be professional, dynamic and proactive
  • possess some technical knowledge and/or export experience - desirable but not essential
  • have worked in administrative position 3 years

In return Newman Labelling offer;

  • salary £18K - £20K per annum
  • 24 days annual leave
