Dynamik Sport are leading providers of indoor sports flooring and related products, and an opportunity has arisen for a

 part- time:

Office Administration Assistant

 

Key duties will include:

• Dealing with enquiries from end users, architects and contractors in respect to line marking, sports floor protection and ongoing maintenance works, via telephone & E-Mail.

• Organising quotations. 

• Organising of works including the sourcing of sub-contractors.

• Working alongside the Maintenance & Design Coordinators to produce line marking drawings.

• Maintaining various works order logs to track sales and works completed.

• Assist with the development of maintenance business.

• The updating of Sport England and Governing Body guidance where required. 

 

Essential skills:

Exceptional levels of attention to detail

Good computer skills

Exceptional organisational skills

The ideal candidate will be computer literate, good time management, hardworking and able to multi-task.

Previous office administration experience is essential, full in-house training will be provided.

 

 

This is a permanent 20-hour per week part time position. Starting salary in the region of £9.00 - £10.00 per hour depending on experience.

We are based in Hengrove, South Bristol and offer free on site parking.
