MEDICINES MANAGEMENT TECHNICIAN
Full time (42 hours per week) or part time (30 hours plus considered)
£23,042 – £26,852 per annum (pro-rata for part time)
Term time plus two weeks working in the school
We are seeking an experienced, organised, and hardworking pharmacy technician to make a team of two who take responsibility for processing medicine and feed supplies for our 170 students.
You will be based in a busy health centre within the school and college and work closely with our GP service and off site dedicated pharmacy to ensure that each student has access to the correct medicines and that care staff are provided with clear directions for administration.
You will ensure that medicines are correctly transcribed onto our electronic system, that orders and returns are efficiently organised, and that each student’s medicines are stored correctly.
The post is perfect for someone who would like to work autonomously, within a supportive team, knowing they are enhancing the lives of students with physical disabilities.
You will need to have your pharmacy technician qualification and a minimum of a one years experience post qualification.
