Permanent, Full time
Hours: 29.6 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday)
We are looking for a well organised and self-motivated person to join the Social Care Reablement team. The successful candidate will carry out a range of administrative tasks linked to Social Care Provision, including liaising with professional staff, Support Workers and the public.
You will need a working knowledge of Microsoft office tools and ideally have some experience of data inputting. You will need to be proficient in general office duties such as filing, typing, photocopying, telephone work and customer service skills etc.
Social Care Reablement is a short-term service and so the workload is fast paced and changing. Therefore, the admin support needs a flexible approach, the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines, a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
This is a rewarding role as you will play a significant part in helping the support worker staff keep vulnerable people independent in their own homes, this brings a real sense of purpose. Training and on-going supervision support is provided.

This role requires a DBS disclosure.
This role requires the ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence and fluency in English.
