We are working with one of the UK's most well know Asset Managers who are looking to add an equity analyst to their Sustainable Equities Fund. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with a real passion for sustainable investing to join a flagship fund at one of the best-known Asset Managers in the country. The fund is long-only, they invest predominantly but not exclusively in North America and large Cap equities. The opportunity here is for a high calibre candidate to come in a take on a wide range of responsibilities and develop and grow whilst working alongside highly successful and experienced investment professionals. For the right candidate, this could be a career-defining move with ample opportunities to grow and progress into a Portfolio Manager role if you have the drive and passion to be successful. In order to be considered for this role you must be a match for the below requirements: Responsibilities:
• Generate investment ideas by o Research companies that match the fund's investment philosophy o Use deep dive fundamental research to put together investment opportunities.
• Review performance of existing companies in the portfolio and monitor holdings
• Complete bespoke quantitative and qualitative research and financial modelling
• Support in portfolio administration
• Work alongside the investment director to ensure information is accurately supplied to internal and external stakeholders. Requirements:
• 5-7 years relevant experience
• Strong modelling abilities
• Strong experience looking at sustainability-focused companies
• A deep interest in tech, healthcare, tech services, and industrial companies
• Highly numerate with attention to details
• Impact reporting experience
