Job Purpose Statement Where you'll fit in & what our team goals are The role is within the Global Transformation and Change team at CTI. The team is a key part of delivering CTI's strategic goals, objectives and outcomes. The role will increase the functions project management capabilities and will accountable for the planning, delivery and risk management of various projects within the overall change book. Role Responsibilities How you'll spend your time
• Management of scope, budget, deliverables and timelines for project/s within the roles scope including engagement with various impacted business teams and stakeholders.
• Accountability for the planning and execution of underlying workstreams, ensuring alignment to delivery milestones and benefit objectives
• Project planning to agreed standards
• Project reporting at various governance forums
• Regular status reporting and project management activity e.g., resource management, RAID log management and issue prioritisation / resolution
• Ensuring plans are aligned to our strategic roadmap and long-term business needs
• Work closely with the architecture team to design Technology & Business solutions
• Ensure that all Stakeholders have a common understanding of what is being delivered
• Form part of the conversation with the business on their target operating model Key Capabilities To be successful in this role you will have
• Experience delivering complex projects
• Experience of change governance processes and best practice
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver end to end solutions
• Passion for delivering high quality outcomes
• Extensive project management experience
• Self-starter mentality essential
• Must be able to work effectively as part of a team and build strong working relationships with other teams.
• Strong senior management level communication, client management and influencing skills
• Strong customer awareness and business focus
• Extensive Project management experience with a proven track record of delivery with complex projects
• Ability to work collaboratively with others to navigate complex decision points
• Experience of delivering change across internal, vendor and offshore models Desired Capabilities If you also had this, it would be great
• Any experience in delivery of Treasury, Controllership or Operational Risk projects would be beneficial but not mandatory
