Do you have at least two years' experience working as a PA or Admin Assistant? Do you pride yourself on providing excellent customer service? Are you professional and a great communicator? Do you have excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task? Are you skilled on all MS Office applications? Are you ready for a new challenge? If so, we would love to hear from you. This is a role working in a busy modern office in a hands-on capacity responsible for undertaking PA tasks for the Fidelis team in a prestigious insurance firm, with the responsibility of supporting/covering reception when required. This role is covering the PA holidays and absences on a full time basis with the opportunity to work across the business. Your remit will include but is not limited to:
• Proactively managing complex diaries
• Organising internal and external meetings and conferences. Ordering client refreshments and liaising with First Impression
• Drafting extensive and efficient emails/correspondence
• Assisting the Fidelis team in the billing and credit control process. Generating accurate billing reports, draft bills, and accompanying letters in a timely manner
• Maintaining up to date client records on the firm's client relationship management tool, including client contact details, client specific requests in relation to billing and bill formats, details of other parties etc in line with the firm's policy and processes
