Profile criteria: Fully Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), ideally with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience Well-rounded financial, management, tax and regulatory reporting experience. The first 2 are essential with tax reporting and regulatory reporting experience being a plus Team leading or management experience as they will be managing a team of 2 (one is NQ and the other is 1 year PQE) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (important) Ideally PE or investment management corporate reporting experience (but open to wider financial services as well) Responsibilities:
• Ongoing financial management of the corporate accounts
• Preparation and review of monthly management accounts and reporting pack for relevant entities
• Leading the annual budget process
• Preparation of annual consolidated accounts
• Review and submission of annual financial statements and companies house filings for 40 entities
• Leading the year-end corporate audit
• Managing the annual UK tax reporting process, including corporation tax, group tax relief and partnership tax for relevant partnerships
• Review and submission of quarterly VAT returns
• Principal point of contact for professional advisers, including but not limited to auditors, lawyers, tax advisers
• Ensure compliance with relevant aspects of AIFMD
• Prepare quarterly FCA returns
• Management and development of two direct reports
• Review of quarterly management fee calculations
• Working closely with the support teams and Office Manager to monitor and maintain/reduce costs throughout the business
• Involvement in various ad hoc projects for the Finance Team and business
