We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef who is wanting to take their next step up into a senior role to work with the head chef in leading our kitchen team. The Cricketers on the Green, located in the beautiful village of Pirbright with live-In accommodation and walking distance to Brookwood train station. The Cricketers offers a great menu with fine and hearty food created by our chefs from ethically sourced menus, and a variety of handpicked wines, beers and spirits perfectly poured by our bartenders, an extensive wine list and a range of beer and craft ales. Our clientele is spoilt for choice with a variety of seating options from the Italian style terrace to the main restaurant and an inviting yurt for afternoon tea and events. You will be an enthusiastic Sous Chef who shares our passion for great food. You will be a highly valued and crucial part of the kitchen team, preparing fresh ingredients, delivering the Grosvenor food vision. You will be working closely with the Head Chef to ensure a smooth running of a successful kitchen team. This role will give you a great opportunity to hone your skills and grow your repertoire in the kitchen whilst ensuring dishes are delicious every time. Other support to our Senior Sous Chef
