JOB PURPOSE The role is responsible for all retail store design standards & guideline and for EMEIA cost analysis, coordination, value engineering on all Architecture Dept activities. RESPONSIBILITIES Assemble & build prototypes to fulfil all design concepts. Work closely with design and construction to ensure all teams are up to date with current concept and this is consistently delivered identifying and establishing procedures/processes and technology solutions. Identify and implement specific solutions for complex design standards focusing on brand aesthetics, feasibility, sustainability, maintainability and cost effectiveness. Evaluate and manage construction costs, coordinating with Project Management teams on performance and value engineering opportunities and ensure corrective action is taken as necessary. Measure and report on project cost and resources performance identifying correct performance measures, risks and resolution. Working with Procurement identify where cost savings can be achieved throughout the supply chain Analyse, evaluate and coordinate with relevant Corporate stakeholders to ensure corporate processes are adhered and managed resulting in a lean, efficient tender and approval processes Report to EMEIA Construction Director on all construction projects cost including mainline stores, pop ups, temp stores and store maintenance related costs. Review construction and millwork tenders supporting Project Managers in archiving competitive pricing and conditions, insuring all contracts are in place for all projects. PERSONAL PROFILE
• Proven problem-solving analytical skills with an ability to embrace change enthusiastically
• Thorough knowledge of high end retail store planning/ detailing/ construction costs and operations
• Able to understand technical sketches / CAD drawings
