Job Purpose Statement Where you'll fit in & what our team goals are You'll be responsible for supporting the production and timely delivery of a range of corporate presentations to support Columbia Threadneedle EMEA, helping to manage production and any suppliers / stakeholders as required, and ensuring delivery within the appropriate risk and governance guidelines. Working with Global teams to ensure brand alignment and message consistency. The role will also support production of bespoke and standard presentations, in addition to APAC business, as / where business demands, and priorities required. Role Responsibilities How you'll spend your time
• Support ongoing development and production of corporate presentations as required, whilst ensuring following robust control guidelines and delivery to agreed timelines.
• Build strong working relationships with relevant marketing, distribution, comms, investment, compliance and legal teams to understand overall business, product, and distribution requirements, and help to effectively manage stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Support reporting on production progress to key stakeholders, monthly management information, as required.
• Ensure accurate information at all times and all output meets compliance requirements.
• Support delivery on any change process both internally and with the outsource providers, as required.
• Assist and where possible take ownership of specific projects and activities, managing them through from brief to implementation.
• Proactively collaborate across the marketing team to support the delivery of the broader marketing strategy, key initiatives, etc.
• Constructively challenge the norm to deliver significant step changes in client experience and commercial results.
• Serve as an advocate for bespoke presentations within marketing, and across the broader business. Key Capabilities To be successful in this role you will have
• Demonstrable experience and understanding of presentation production in or for an Asset manager
• Strong PowerPoint skills
• Preferably experience with Seismic
• Strong team working and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable organisational skills
• Process driven and operationally focused
• Strong knowledge of Excel (very comfortable working with built in formulas)
• An understanding of Asset managers and Asset Management products
• Good understanding of core project management skills.
• "Student of the game"; stays up to date on Marketing and industry trends.
• A good eye for detail
• Excellent design skills.
• Proactive and prepared to take ownership.
