This role is to be part of the client relations team focused on delivering a first-class client experience. Client Details Provides an investment platform that allows advisers and trustees of UK institutional pension schemes to manage their assets efficiently. Description Provide first-class support to all clients with day to day queries, both email and telephone.
• Ensure timely and accurate production and delivery of client deliverables e.g. quarterly reports, fund factsheets, performance, audit requests etc.
• Escalate queries where necessary to the relevant team and co-ordinate their responses to client.
• Monitor daily, monthly and annual client SLAs, produce service reports for clients as required.
• Maintain existing business with our clients and improve client servicing through technology.
• Co-ordinate/support quarterly CRM reviews of whole of business services.
• Support the provision of appropriate frameworks and controls to ensure adherence to procedures and policies. Profile Demonstrable skills and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Experience dealing confidently and professionally with management and other key business stakeholders is highly desirable.
• Escalation management and ownership.
• Able to manage increasing levels of responsibilities, deadlines and relationships, both internally and externally.
• Previous exposure in a client service environment working with institutional pension schemes and pension advisers advantageous. Job Offer Salary - 23K Location - London Full benefits package
