Core Responsibilities
• Develop the roadmap and drive the digitialisation and data & analytics agenda for EMEA China Supply Chain Operations (SCO)
• Collaborate with other regions to align on global priorities and play an active role in supporting Product Managers in prioritisation
• Build and lead a diverse team to drive data and analytics/reporting automation capability building.
• Work with the Digital organisation across domains & digital products to ensure aligned strategic direction
• Embed the test and learn culture along with the digitalisation transformation journey
• Make a strong leadership impact on the EMEA Supply Chain Operations Leadership Team beyond immediate functional responsibility, role modelling Leadership Playground behaviours. Play your part in our team succeeding As the Head of Operations Technology (part of the EMEA SCO Leadership Team), reporting to the VP of EMEA SCO. You'll enable decision making and improve processes across EMEA SCO by using technology and data. You will be part of the EMEA SCO Leadership Team. Do you have what it takes?
• A mix of Supply Chain knowledge technology capabilities as well as communication skills which build followship
• Significant experience in supply chain roles including supply/demand planning or distribution
• Experience in IT / technology implementations with strong enough technical understanding to engage expertly with IT collaborators at all levels
• Proven to collaborate and influence across different cultures - across Europe and globally
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and think critically. Not afraid to make prioritisation decisions, leading to results
• Ability to make the complex simple
