Job Description

Our leading Douglas-based Accountancy Practice are seeking an experienced Client Accountant to join them in undertaking the preparation of trust and company accounts and bookkeeping for their clients.

As a Client Accountant here you will be responsible for:

  • Accurate preparation of company accounts
  • Client bookkeeping for trust and company clients
  • Coordination and management of day to day workflow, tasks and matters arising
  • Direct liaison with clients, intermediaries and professionals

The ideal candidate for the role of Client Accountant will have:

  • A minimum of three years' experience working as a Client Accountant with their own portfolio or in a similar role
  • Experience within a local CSP / TCSP environment
  • Be a qualified or part qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA)
  • Working knowledge of Xero

Desirable:

  • Experience of the eGaming sector
  • Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements
