Job Description

HR Advisor 6-Month Contract (Hybrid Working)

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a 6-month contract to lead a complex restructure project within the public sector.

Key Requirements:

CIPD Level 5 or above
Proven experience managing restructure projects in the public sector
Strong employment law knowledge and ability to ensure compliance
Values-driven with the ability to lead and engage employees throughout the process
Confident using SharePoint and Microsoft packages

The Role:

You will be responsible for leading a complex restructuring process, ensuring compliance with internal and statutory legal obligations while keeping employees informed and engaged.

Hybrid Working: Based at Shire Hall in Gloucestere at least one day per week, with potential for additional days at key project times. Part-time considered.
