Job Description

Independent Non-Executive Director

We are seeking an experienced INED to join the Board of our independent financial institution, Conister Bank.

As well as being a board member and contributing objectively and creatively to discussions, the successful candidate will lead the governance, strategy, and risk oversight across the Bank’s operations in the Isle of Man and the UK.

Requirements:

  • Significant banking expertise
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Knowledge of Isle of Man and UK financial regulations and compliance frameworks
  • Ethical, independent, and commercially astute
