Production Operative Extrusion Machinery (Machine Minding)
Location: Hereford
Shifts: 3 shift Rotating weekly 6:00am 2:00pm & 2:00pm 10:00pm & 10pm till 6am

£12.71-£14.24ph

Are you a reliable and motivated individual looking to join a dynamic manufacturing team? We are seeking Production Operatives to operate and mind extrusion machinery in our busy Hereford facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor extrusion machinery safely and efficiently
  • Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
  • Conduct routine checks and maintenance on equipment
  • Follow health & safety procedures at all times
  • Work collaboratively with team members on a rotating shift pattern

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (6am 2pm / 2pm 10pm)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication and team-working skills
