WANTED: Property & Farm Maintenance Operative 

Full Time, 40h hours per week

Accommodation available onsite at a discounted rate. 

If you’re the kind of person people call when something breaks, leaks, sticks, or just needs doing — this might be your ideal role. 

We’re looking for a skilled and practical Property & Farm Maintenance Operative to join the team at Rotherfield, a beautiful working estate with a mix of residential, agricultural, and operational buildings. You’ll be the first point of call for building and farm maintenance across the estate, trusted to spot problems early and respond quickly when things go wrong. 

No two days are the same, and that’s exactly the point.
