QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Over the last three decades, we have become one of the UK’s most respected independent design and build specialists, and we now seek an experienced, capable and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join our Isle of Man Head Office team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Proven cost management and project administration ability on your own projects is required. You will be actively involved in the commercial management of developments, supporting cost control, procurement and overall project profitability.
The role includes preparation of budgets, feasibility studies, detailed cost plans and tenders, as well as managing subcontractor packages, valuations and financial reporting.
You’ll work closely with site, technical and design teams to ensure efficient project delivery from start to finish.
ABOUT YOU
Ideally, you will hold a BSc in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification, with proven residential and/or commercial development experience.
You’ll be commercially astute, highly organised and confident working independently while collaborating effectively as part of a wider team.
Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills are essential.
