Are you an experienced quantity surveyor with a background in delivering new build projects?
Would you enjoy working for a family run business who really put their employees first?

We have been appointed on an exclusive basis by a high end residential developer, looking to expand their commercial team by employing an experienced Quantity Surveyor. You will be joining a commercial team focussing on the successful & profitable delivery of new build housing projects for a private client base up to the value of 3million.

Your background in delivering new build projects will be essential as you will be involved in all projects from groundworks through to on site delivery works, so will need to ensure a smooth delivery of each project.

We would welcome conversations with Quantity Surveyors who:

  • Have a background in new build construction
  • Possess knowledge of both JCT & NEC forms of contract
  • Are technically aware of projects from inception through to completion
  • Can communicate across all levels
  • Who can perform CVR's to a high standard
