3 month contract+
350 per day PAYE / Umbrella 450 per day

To actively assist the Managing Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Department and project team to maximise profit and reduce risk.
You will:
1 Assisting in the provision of relevant information for preparation of reports and claims to agreed timescales.
2 Assist with the ongoing implementation of the commercial application
3 Constantly refer to the project risk management plan for thorough, accurate, high-level risk assessment.
4 Monitor the register and any related documentation in accordance with the plan.
5 Responsible for all sub-contractor management.
6 Ensure all sub-contractors and suppliers have submitted compliant quotations/enquiries/applications within the time-scale required, and produce all documentation to select and secure services as well as monthly assessments, variations/CE claims and final account agreements.
You will have:
- Degree or equivalent
- Worked in civil engineering, construction or utilities
- Worked in in project team
- Worked as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Engineer or Estimator on projects values over 1million
- Full UK Driving Licence
