We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our friendly team at the Ommaroo.

A traditional hotel with 82 bedrooms, we have a function space for up to 150 guests, an outdoor heated pool and a yoga studio, together with our original restaurant, Palmer's, and our newly established Coast Bar & Bistro, situated at the front of the Hotel, with spectacular views. 

As Restaurant Manager, you will report to the General Manager and work alongside the entire F&B team.

We are looking for a customer focused person who has traditional hospitality values, as well as a modern approach.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the overall management of two restaurants, one bar and a function room within our busy hotel.
