Job Description

On behalf of an established nationwide charity, Pure Care are currently searching for an experienced Service Manager to oversee their services in the North Somerset area, based out of their office in Nailsea.

  • 38,875 per annum
  • Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours
  • 33 days holiday

The company is leading national charity providing support to young people and adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs, and they are seeking an experienced Registered Service Manager to support their services in North Somerset. They have a variety of supported living and home based clients, some of whom require personal care under a CQC registration. As the Registered Manager you will be responsible for the overall oversight of the provision and staff team.

Registered Service Manager Skills/ Experience:

  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or Registered Managers Award preferred
  • Able to demonstrate a track record in leading, motivating and managing staff to deliver a high standard of care and support is provided to the service users at all times.
  • Previous Home Management experience, preferably with clients with learning disabilities
  • You will be a motivational and reliable leader to all support workers and other staff within the home.
  • Able to regularly liaise with residents and their families to ensure consistent care and support is provided.
